Return Policy

Gun Trader Den has adopted the following policy for returns of firearms and other goods. Gun Trader reserves the right to deviate from the policy under special circumstances.

Non-Firearm Returns

All non-firearm returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and the product must be in the same condition as it was received. These returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee and, if applicable, the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to Gun Trader Den.

Firearm Returns

There are no returns on firearms. Any product defect or issues should be handled directly with the manufacturer. We will gladly help in getting you in touch with them.

Prohibited Persons: Any return made by a person who is prohibited by law from purchasing or owning a firearm will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Persons Underage: Any return made by a person who is under the legal age to buy a firearm in the state in which they reside or are domiciled will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Persons Denied: Any return made by a person who is prohibited from purchasing a firearm as a result of their background check will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, simply call or email us with the order number or email address associated with the order and we will process your refund for less applicable restocking and shipping costs.
